Tonight was haircut night. We knew that after the 2nd chemo treatment dad would probably begin to lose his hair. He decided that he would let me give him a "buzz" before it started falling out by the handfuls. He began to notice some hair falling out this week so tonight he got the haircut. Dad has never had really short hair so this is a totally new look for him.
I have to say that he wears it well, and doesn't he look cool in his new hat!

ReplyDeleteI am biased, but I like the look of a "perfect" head. We are praying specifically that God will ease the effects of the chemo and allow a more comfortable experience. We know God's power to heal and we trust His wisdom. We are asking Him to heal you physically and we know He hears our prayer and the collective prayers of a host of people who love you and who have shared life's walk with you. My heart is to cry out before God on your behalf and to see you enjoy many more wonderful years with Betty, your kids, your grand kids and your great grand kids. We will be constant in our prayer and we will be rejoicing along with you as we see God's hand at work in your life. Thank you for your love and affirmation when I needed it the very most!
